We sincerely appreciate your continued support of River Pines Resort. As we prepare for another great season in the beautiful Sierra Mountains, we would like to share some important updates regarding our rates.

Like many businesses in our region, we have faced significant increases in operating costs. Fire insurance has skyrocketed—rising 17 times the amount the previous owners paid. Additionally, utility costs have surged by over 30%, and now that our water supply is metered (unlike in the past), our water expenses have increased 50 times. These rising costs have necessitated adjustments to our pricing, enabling us to continue providing a high-quality experience for our guests.

Despite these challenges, we have made substantial improvements to enhance your stay. Some of the many upgrades we have completed include:
✔ All-new mattresses and bedding in each room, for a more comfortable night’s sleep,
✔ New flooring in cabins and classic rooms, for a fresh and modern feel,
✔ New AC and heating units in all of the cabins for year-round comfort,
✔ Upgraded electrical systems to improve safety and reliability,
✔ New pool and spa heaters for a better guest experience,
✔ A fully remodeled Roadhouse restaurant, including new ovens and kitchen equipment,
✔ A renovated pool bar to elevate your poolside enjoyment,
✔ A brand-new general store for added convenience,
✔ New washing machines for improved laundry services,
✔ 15 trees removed to enhance safety throughout the property,

And this is just the beginning; many more exciting upgrades are planned to make River Pines Resort an even better destination for relaxation, adventure, and memories with loved ones.

We understand that rate changes can be a source of adjustment, and we are committed to ensuring you receive the best value for your stay. Our goal remains the same: to provide a warm, welcoming, and well-maintained retreat for all who visit.
